How much is your delivery fee & how long for delivery?
We provide flat-rate delivery Australia wide, standard delivery is $8.95 (2-4 days for delivery), Express delivery $14.95 (0-3 days for delivery) or Click & Collect which is FREE from our warehouse.
Product is out of stock or I need more quantity?
If an item you need is out of stock or the requested quality is available we can easily order that from our supplier. You will have an option to back order the amount you needed. Please allow anywhere from 3 days up to 10 days for the stock to arrive, then a further 2-4 day is sending by standard or 0-3 days if via express post.
What payment methods do you accept?
We provide a range of payment options from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay, Klarna, PayPal & Bank Deposit / Transfer.
Do you ship internationally?
For any international orders please reach out to us for your interest.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We provide a Click & Collect option from our warehouse and it’s free! We are located in Mount Druitt, New South Wales. You can choose the option “Click & Collect” in the checkout & we’ll email you when you order is ready for collection, for any urgent orders please email or give us a call. It must be collected between 10 am & 2 pm Monday to Friday excluding some public holidays. For any other times please ask us to confirm first. Please note we don’t have items on display in our warehouse.
How can I cancel/ modify my order?
Once you place our order it’s sent to our warehouse for processing straight away. If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us ASAP via phone and if unsuccessful please email us. Please note we’ll try our best to have your order change request actioned, however sometimes it’s not possible.
Do you accept returns?
We sure do, our super easy returns policy is easy! Get in contact with us, if it’s a simple change of mind or you got too many items then you will be asked to return the item to us for a refund. Please note original shipping costs paid are not refundable and you must pay for delivery back to our warehouse. Change of mind returns must be actioned within 30 days, please reach out to us via email. Please visit our returns policy.
What to do if my item is incorrect or damaged?
Please reach out to us straight away via email and send any photos you have. Our staff are well trained and our system and process ensure no errors can be made through our own custom-built in-house apps used for picking, packing and shipping our customers items.
