By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority or you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. SECTION 2 - PRICING We reserve the right to edit pricing without notice to you, all prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Any pricing or quotes in which have been given by a staff member employed by Direct Party Discounts in error will not be honoured as full pricing can be viewed on our website at any time. Any price errors Direct Party Discounts will not be liable for. SECTION 3 - PAYMENT We accept payments in the form or PayPal, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Afterpay & Bank Deposit. Any disputed payments made against us will be handed to collections & have an administration fee of $50 attached along with a 20% + GST collections surcharge. Please don't dispute any payments we are only a small family business, please reach out to us at info@directpartydiscounts.com.au. SECTION 4 - RETURN OF GOODS If you are returning goods please refer to our returns policy. SECTION 4 - DELIVERY Please provide the correct delivery details including your name, address & contact number. These will be used by our courier and without these your delivery could fail to result in the order being returned to us. We won't be held liable for any errors made by you & no refunds will be offered if the item is lost or delivered elsewhere. If for some reason your item is delivered back to us or refused by you you will be entitled to a refund as per our returns policy. Please note refunds will be excluding original delivery fees & administration of 10%. Extra fees charged by the courier are the buyer's responsibility. Order will be posted within 24 hours after cleared payment, we pick and pack orders the same day to be prepared for next day pick up. Our courier only picks up the following day. Read more on our delivery page. Any delays caused by couriers are out of our control, we will assist you where we can. SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION Once your order has been submitted it's immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, if you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us straight away by emailing then calling straight away so we can grab your order before it's too late. Please note if your order has already been picked & packed a fee could apply, if you order has been sent already it will fall under our returns policy. SECTION 6 - PROMOTIONS We may, from time-to-time, run Promotions and these may take the form of bonus offers (whether real-money discounts or some other form of incentive), prize draws, competitions, contests, or other form of promotion, or a combination of any of these. The particular form of Promotion will be described, and full details set out, in the communications (such as e-mails, computer pop-ups and letters). We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer at any time. The laws of New South Wales govern this agreement.
