Returns Policy

We provide the easiest returns policy! We understand that you might have changed your mind, and it’s completely fine we accept that. Please reach out to us within 30 days of buying from us and we’ll be happy to process your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please find below our returns & refund policy. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as food & anything listed under cleaning supplies cannot be returned.

Change of mind returns

For change of mind returns or incorrect sizing of an item you have ordered, you must make a claim within 30 days of your purchase. This can be done by emailing us or giving us a call for any help you may need. In order to obtain a refund from us, the item must be sent back to us the same way received. The item must be brand new and unopened. Please note we cannot provide refunds on backorders. You will be required to complete online a return authorisation form which should be placed inside the box. Once the items are returned to us a full refund minus the original delivery fee is provided back to the same payment method you have paid with. If you wish to make an exchange a new delivery fee would apply for us to send your goods out.

Faulty/damaged or incorrect products

If you have a faulty, damaged or incorrect product please take a photo and contact us straight away. We will require the photos taken to be emailed to us so we can look into the issue further, we will come back with the result for you. If the product is deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect not to worry we’ll be happy to assist you with a store credit, refund, exchange or new product. Depending on the issue it will be case by case. Either way, all extra costs will be paid by us. Please don’t return the good until we have explained the process and what to do, as generally, we’ll sort it out before.

Faulty balloons

We stock the highest quality balloons from by quality manufactures, however, please ensure you check the balloons over for any defects before inflating. Helium inflation requires special knowledge and care as over-inflation or inflating too quickly can cause the balloon seams to burst or leak. Air temperature variations can also cause premature deflation of balloons. These factors may cause you to assume there is a fault with the balloon when, in fact, there is not.

Late/Return to sender

We provide delivery estimates however these time frames can exceed what has been provided to us and these delays are outside of our control. If your parcel arrives later then you expected please refuse the parcel from the courier and have it returned to us for a full refund excluding the original delivery fee. In some cases, we can obtain a refund from our courier and we’ll pass the refund onto you. If for some reason the item is automatically returned to us you will be entitled to a full refund minus the original delivery fee paid, if you would like your items redelivered please note a new delivery fee will apply if it’s found not to be at fault of ours or the courier. However, we’ll always be here to work with you & keep you the happiest we can.

Completing a return

Please reach out to us via email requesting the claim and providing any photos if possible. We’ll be providing you with the options to get the problem solved in the quickest time frame possible.
